Is this just a glitch? Arnie Pye's stonecutter outfit is available in the store for 40 donuts (with 30 donut rebate) but I already own this skin. What are others experiencing?

I keep all the characters in their Stonecutter skins (unless they are needed elsewhere), earning premium currency and I always know where they are - usually at the Lodge. If a character (for instance Homer) is needed for a task or event I can store the Lodge or Stonecutters table to free him instead of speeding him up with donuts.
It’s too bad not all the Stonecutters can rotate into sitting at their feast table.
