Old Lost Account

Hello, everybody, let’s go!
Today I ask for help from EA to help me change my email address because the one associated with my account is deleted. :'(
Guess what? Since I NEVER put my phone number, credit card number and postal address, they refuse to help me change my email address. What is pitiful on their part! No one to help me :s
So I lost all my Springfield friends! If you want to add me my new account is: xfilo90. Add me!!
