Yes, since all of 2012 Halloween has made a reappearance along with the Duff Racer and Cool Brown House.
Right now, the Mapple Store is the next rarest as that's the oldest item that hasn't returned.
Next most desired is the Springfield Falls.
looks like the black friday sale is going to include the SFalls so never say never

I thought it was already agreed upon that that the maple store would never come back although I guess anything is possible.
I've seen claims. I've never seen proof. The claims have seemed to be:
1) Apple would sue for trademark infringement. Seems silly to me based on my limited knowledge of trademark law. Similar claims where made for why the GTA 5 iFruit app would never come to Android. It came to Android.
2) Apple was angry about the the parody. I can't see what would incense them about it. If they were angry, why didn't they force EA to remove it entirely.
3)Google would get angry. Why would they care about an Apple parody? Similar arguments where also made about the iFruit app coming to Android.
4)It's an Apple exclusive. Only argument that makes any sense, but I've seen no evidence offered. If it were an Apple exclusive, why isn't it still available for Apple users? It is possible to do that.
Absent some authoritative source, I don't think anyone discussing the subject really knows.
if it was apple esclusive, why we android users can see it, move it (if we went to the other side), etc? nah it's just that bragging rights (till they release it again).
