In Pt. 3 DO NOT exceed 150 current or the quest will glitch out due to it requiring 200. In the jobs menu send enough people to collect just under 150, and then send the rest to get to 200, otherwise you won't be able to continue the questline.

Could find it.My own solution: Sent all my characters on an one hour job with my Unemployment Office. The characters needed for part 3 were free for there tasks. Problem solved.

Could find it.
