Pending Friends Removal
If you have a PC. You can download Origin to it. Then log into your account through the program. Very easy from there. Other than that, not so much.

Yes, it'll remove them from the pending list. Yes you can unblock them but I don't know if they'll go back straight to the list. I blocked them and haven't unblocked any since then. No problem. Glad I can help. :)
