It telling me I need to do this, but I don't see it anywhere. I'm looking at all the upgrades and don't see it. I've already gotten to the bighorns so idk what's going on. Must be missing something si...

Be patient. There are approximately 20 different items that increase your attraction bonus. Most of these are acquired through upgrading different attractions. There will be 4 more attractions to upgrade after the Emu Experience.
