Hi!
I'm currently at the highest level available and have purchased all the buildings/items available (non Premium) but feel my Springfield is incomplete with buildings/items such as the Mall or the Waterfall as I was not yet playing the game when they were around. Maybe items such as these could be made available for purchase? (non Premium!)
A couple ideas include:
-Springfield Mall
-Springfield Skating Rink
-Costington's
-Claus Co
-Fort Sensible
-Springfield Water Falls
Thanks!
You really are not smart, are you :D
IF they come back it is 100% guaranteed to cost donuts. Especially Fort Sensible of Water Falls. All of them actually.0000jordan wrote:
Welcome to the forum! :D Having said that, this is a forum for players of the game, and henceforth EA representatives are not here. I've often lamented in (usually long-winded) posts how nice it would be if EA would bring back previous limited time/event/seasonal (you get the idea) items AT ORIGINAL PRICES. I'm still hoping, one day, some random EA employee will stick their head in, saying "Hey gize! Wot's goin' on in THIS thread?", but alas, so far, no joy. In all fairness, whenever they do bring items back (Yard Sale is a perfect example), they are always premium. EA has managed to bleed so much money from myself alone in this manner, I'm kind of surprised they haven't released the entire back catalogue. As an Android tapper who only started in October of last year, I've missed out on a LOT of stuff. Since I'm sort of a completionist playing a game that can't be completed, even if I have to pay through the nose for stuff that should have been available for free or in-game cash, well, EA is greedy enough to take advantage of that weakness. We might see the re-release of all sorts of stuff in the future, but I'll bet you dollars to donuts (pun most certainly intended) that none of it will be free. Anyways, once again welcome to the forum.

classy! and a good way to say welcome.
well i guess only time will let us find out which building will be re-released and at what cost. but if i were you i would get myself ready to drop a few donuts. so try to save some ;)GamerGD3 wrote:
Touche'! Good point, and well made. I'm not sure how many items have come back at their original prices, and if I scanned my town for all I know I could find others. I wouldn't count items that were premium to begin with, I know I have more than a few of those. I tend to think of Springfield Falls, the supercollider and black hole, Fort Sensible, Three-Eyed Sushi, but above all else, The Mapple Store. Among the items that Android tappers never had a shot at, that one haunts me the most. But even the Duff Racer was initially free (I think), as long as you logged in on a certain date. I had to pay $250,000 in-game cash to get it, back when money was still a day-to day issue. I think at the time I was actually trying to save up to buy all the land. Ah, the (not so) good old days!MusicBooks960 wrote:

Doesn't hurt to ask. I could see all but Claus Co being re-released. I do think EA would want donuts for the opportunity though.homer4mayor wrote:

smiley or no smiley: the original post gives no reason to doubt the intelligence of the writer. Simpsons veterans know that many buildings come back later to be bought for donuts. But this is a matter of experience, not intelligence...This forum is to help eachother and not to spread insults.
The mods have made it clear to me that insults are perfectly tolerable in these forums though.
