PSA: Last 24 hours for Valentine's Day items!

And I still need 4 more donuts to get Brandine in my Freemium town...

I'm just not getting many donuts from my Friend Actions this week in my Freemium town. So of course today I got 4 in my premium town - 3 from friend actions and 1 cleaning up waste...

I've got one more neighborhood run before they leave the store. Plus I should be able to hit Sideshow You at least 3 more times before the sale runs out. I should be close to popping 500 balloons (I would be closer if it hadn't been down for 3 weeks during Winter 2014 Part II), but... That is a thing, right? I read it somewhere on the internet that for every 500 balloons popped you get 5 donuts - and I got 5 donuts popping balloons in my premium game near the end of January...

Yes, I know. I could buy a Golden Scratcher. I have enough credit left in my iTunes account to buy 3... But the whole point of playing this town was to see how a pure Freemium town would compare to my premium one. (So far I'm about a week behind my premium game adjusting for the 2 week delay in starting the Freemium one, but then I only have a few premium kids and buildings - I didn't have a lot to spend.)

Hey, today's my birthday and I just got married on Saturday: how about you guys throw a few donuts my way as gifts! (If only we could...)

    If you have money use all of them for bloodmobiles and try leveling up.

    I need 335,884 XP to level up. I have $446,343 which would buy 3 Bloodmobiles. Unless buying Bloodmobiles gains 112000 XP each I don't think that would do it.

    That wouldn't work anyway. My Fremium game is only at level 48, so I wouldn't get the chance at 3 donuts, I'd only get 2(?) for leveling up. Over the last 10 days I've averaged only 1 donut a day from the Neighborhood, so that would still leave me short.

    And I'm gonna need that money soon, because when I do level up I'll have to buy the D'Amico Summer Home which is around $1,000,000, then the Abandoned Warehouse, which is another $750,000 or so... I've only been playing the Fremium game about 4 months and I'm SO tired of grinding for money to buy the next building.

    I'm either gonna have to cross my fingers and hope for donuts, buy a Golden Scratcher, or be POed because I came up short.

    Oh, there's the slight possibility that Customer Support will come through today on my open ticket and give me some donuts as an apology for all the mess I've been through with my entangled games, but I'm not holding my breath on that...

    I would just hope you get donuts. If this is an experiment in how your freemium town works, then maybe you won't be able to afford Brandine. Only you can decide if she's worth it in your second town.

    Can you believe it? I got the 4 donuts I needed for Brandine doing my Friend Actions today! I'm flabbergasted!

    Back down to zero donuts now.

    Meanwhile... 2 hours left to get the Valentine's Day items. Buy 'em if you want 'em.
