Question about Moe's returning zoo
I'm really interested in Moe's returning zoo, but I see it (much like the habitats for this event) had to be upgraded. I'm just wondering if those who get it now are still able to upgrade it? Also...

Also, before anyone starts telling me how this has been asked before (I figured it probably had), I searched. Everywhere. Nothing came up.
I'd be more than happy to see the original thread, if anyone could find it (cause I sure can't).
The search fuction on here, um, leave a lot to be desired. Bonus points for at least trying, most people dont even bother. If I come across anything on what you are looking for, I will let you know.
