I received and accepted a friend request. Then when I went to my neighbor list, the person I accepted wasn't there but the Return Home neighbor was. So for some reason it turned the user name to that. Before when I had this happen sure enough when I would click on it, it would kick me back to my town, I did "return home". As well, previously it was on my friend list for a couple weeks, however this time I clicked it, which brought me back to my town, then I returned to my friend list and it had changed back to the user whose request I had accepted.
Not sure why it does this ever so often, but it is harmless, just keep clicking on it and the neighbors name it should be will eventually reveal itself.
Maybe it's the option when KL finally comes.
