Random Tasks?
you can ignore them if you wish. If your character has noting else to do then the game will pay extra cash and XP for doing what they ask.

My task book is empty at the moment so i put all my characters on 24 hr jobs, if a random speech bubble pops up i just leave the character until i have finished assigning the jobs hit the millhouse/bart button then go back to my town and the speech bubble will be gone to put him/her on a 24hr task.
Theres nothing worse than all your characters on 24 hr jobs at the same time and 1 gets hit with a shop at the KEM task
