Also the Private Island when it's upgraded to at least level 2 gets 1%.

Do the items from SFH have to be to max lvl for them to give the hidden℅?

Only the private islands have to be level 2 to get the bonus. Everything else gives the bonus at level 1. But it does have to be out, not stored in the inventory.

I have 16 Delux Condos, 26 Valet Parking, 12 Business Centres, 2 private islands and 4 Beach Hideaways in storage because they're all too big to have in my town. :)

I only use one of each except for the classic mansion X 10 and the modern mansion X 15.

You may want to think about getting the beach hideaways out. 20% multiplier per building isnt anything to sneeze at.

Threads like this remind me of that sad day in May of 2016 in which Level 60 was released.

Everyone was going bonkers grabbing XP to move up hundreds of levels. Some people were convinced the game was broken and refused to play it until it was "fixed". Some people got locked out after moving up x numbers of levels.

Myself, after jumping up a few hundred levels I got worried that my progress wasn't going to be saved. So I jumped to the neighbors area to see what was up with them and to sync. Then I too got locked out. Had I just happily kept adding XP I probably would have hit 939 that day thanks to the 50K XP 'glitch'.

Since then I've used the collider a few times here and there, but my multiplier isn't super high and so I haven't reached 939 yet. I'm actually less than 10 levels away and could easily get to it with rat trucks (probably with or without the collider) but I'm doing the final stretch the "regular" way as that seems more satisfying.
