Well, there's always buying/selling bloodmobiles for XP to farm donuts. Or just save it until something good comes along.

Save it for the new inspirational building to come. You can also buy lots of bookmobiles for the experience for more donuts. After you're done you sell them and do it again. I do.all the time and never sink below the $20 million mark.
