Road building/removing Issues

This has been brought up a few times, but since EA hasn't addressed the problem, I'll comment one more time. Yes, this is an issue many have. To see if it solves the problem, I've put characters and decorations in storage; I've tried on a couple different devices; I've removed as much pavement and road as I could. No relief. In another thread, a poster commented that the issue resolved itself eventually. Perhaps a device issue, perhaps a server issue. You choose.
