Apparently, at EA headquarters, they sat around the conference table trying to prioritize things that needed to be done to improve the game, and the most urgent thing they chose to invest their time on and fix was to slightly change the position of Mr. Burns' arm (on a screen that appears for a few seconds and then disappears forever)
