According to TV Tropes, the season starter episode "The Star of the Backstage" will be about Marge putting on a musical show and "a rival from her past" returning. If I had to guess, what the mysterious prize is gonna be, it will probably be that character, assuming it isn't just a real celebrity or a character already in the game.
The first prize is the character from said episode, Sasha Reed, played by Sara Chase with singing vocals by Kristen Bell. I can say this without spoilers as the character is visible in the collections area (Helpful Guest Stars).
The next prize will be immediately after the THOH episode and is a building from one of the parodies. The other three prizes are unknown presently and will be scattered around the season.
