Server crash

My app keeps crashing before I even get a server error. I uninstalled and now cannot complete a reinstall, it gets to the Homer screen and keeps closing while downloading.

Anyone got any suggestions what could cause this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Its starts downloading and then I get the Bart screen or the app just closes. It freezes at the same point in the download everytime. I know it is not capacity related as I have a new Samsung S10 and it was working fine until yesterday.

Yes, it seems that having a Samsung device is the issue.

So this affects the S10 or all Samsung devices? I have an s9+ and it's only happening occasionally but it's annoying.

Seems to be the S10 but only happened after this week's android os update. It is not affecting any other of my apps.

Yes me too and I’m on an iPad. It has been particularly bad this morning.

It’s weird, but I haven’t had issues like this in over a year or more. It only started during this off period that they’re having with this game. Seems odd.

I haven’t been able to visit my friends without being kicked out of the game. Sometimes I just can’t get on. This has been going on for weeks. Thought it was time to put my 2 cents in.

Yeah. Seriously. I'd be more inclined to log on more than once a day if I wasn't guaranteed to be booted at least once in the midst of some task.

Seems to happen with uncanny frequency when farming KEMs...?

I’m on an iPad too and haven’t been able to load the game in over a week, maybe 2. I’ve uninstalled reinstalled and all that. Nothin has resolved the issue.
