Should I Hold Onto Gold Tokens?

I missed my chance to cash in a few gold tokens for Black Friday... The game wants me to cash them in now for a dozen donuts... But is there any future value to holding onto these? Could they maybe be used down the road if another Gold Token type event comes up?

    Think it’s just for the current event. So if you want get the donuts. It’s up to you.

    I have some from old events I’ve never used and they can’t be used for anything more than donuts.

    They used to make different tokens each event. Now they are all the same :(

    At least you’ll get 12 donuts. It’s not much but it’s something

    Hopefully they use the blue and silver winter tokens again for this year's winter event instead of the bronze tokens.
