They did have a 2hr dine at Gilded Truffle one time task during Edna's initial quest and acknowledged them dating in the dialouge. But it'd be cool if they added a permanent one.

I have a question related to the show. Not worth of its own post.

Is Herman considered a 'bad guy' on the show? Why is his 24 hour task serving time? I figured it would have been running the shop, or something along those lines.

Sometimes. He smuggles counterfeit jeans in one episode (hence that task), and marge is working as a cop, and busts his operation.
