I don't know android, does it have the pull down screen like an iPhone? Maybe you have something similar?
EDIT: I went out last night with a friend with an Android phone and it does have the pull down screen. Have you tried the that?
I have an Android phone, and I can recall I pull down notifications there many times. But I haven't ever seen Sideshow Bob, not even once. I believe because the pull down screen mechanics is different than iOS.
So I installed this game using the office's iPhone and trying the pull down... it triggers Sideshow Bob at the first try! :D after catching him, I immediately notified that I have finished FAO part 1. I tried pulling the notification screen like 10 times, but SSB hasn't appeared since. It looks like I really have to wait for 24 hours. Let's see, and when I finally can get SSB I'll update you later.
