Sideshow bob still running around town after update.

i think part of the reason is because he isnt unlocked yet

I logged into my town and sideshow bob was running around like he usually does.

Yes he is supposed to go away while the Springfielders vote about him and when you are building the building. Or at least I think he is supposed to because mine did...

I have old bob in my town now and I'm being very careful not to tap him.
