Sideshow BOB, what happens if I dont tap him??
He will just keep appearing until you tap him. Neat trick, don't tap him, but swipe on him, and he's got a few cool animations, try it out, just make sure you swipe and not tap.

I wouldnt recommend keeping him in your town for too long i had him for about 5 days and suddenly my righteousness drop to one and a half stars trying to get it up again because i had a 4.5 star rating and it is 4 now!
