Sideshow BOB, what happens if I dont tap him??
He will just keep appearing until you tap him. Neat trick, don't tap him, but swipe on him, and he's got a few cool animations, try it out, just make sure you swipe and not tap.

Yep, tapped him off at least 3 neighbor towns already. Also, it does not get deducted from the 3 actions per visit either.
