No, I did not use real cash but still. There might be someone who does and gets garbage. That's not what you expect in games.
One game the developers said that they stop developing the game because they run out of ideas and that the game will be removed from google-games. After an outrage they decided to keep it there but adding a greeting screen for new players that the game is not developed anymore. I find that very satisfying solution. New players know that there is an end to that game. How comforting that is.
