Have you crafted some of the rubbish heaps? Kinda cool that they have four different looks (based on how they're rotated). People might stay away from them since their bonus/scrap ratio isn't as good as some other items, but I like 'em.

I guess it works well for me as i had my courthouse near the smoking green houses, which was near the nuclear power plant. Lol

I have one of them but didn't know they rotate four ways. So cool! Wish more things did that! Thanks for the tip!

The information regarding prizes is available during every event. Whether it's obvious or not, anyone can easily find the details on this stuff. Being surprised and, in turn, being disappointed about said surprise is a choice.

Well maybe, but it wouldn't change the disappointment of being served up a dud crafting prize. This is the type of skin that for most players I'd guess would be almost useless much of the time - even the Christmas skins can hang around for a month without looking out of place.
