Upgrade marsoniono building for more tasks

I posted just because I didn't see the info yet on the walk through. Updating the building gives the 16 hour task so far for me. I'm only on level two of the building. Happy Tapping all! :)

the thing that's annoying for me is that once Cletus has finished the job, the yellow highlight bump to the top of the task list vanishes..the task still exists but now you have to scroll :( I basically wrote down the characters with tasks in town hall order and then just use town hall to find who is a posibility (I can't always remember all the dimwits and when I clear the thumbss, they walk away too quickly to easily catch them all)
