Is it? That's a bummer, it wasn't when I found it. There are other videos out there, but we can only embed YouTube. Google "The Simpsons Bid Farewell To Edna Krabappel" and a few articles with video should come up. It wasn't really part of the main episode, but it's from "The Man Who Grew Too Much."

Pretty clear what is meant in the scene. She has passed away, which goes along with the sad Bart chalkboard gag that happened soon after her death:
