Springfield Heights question
Open the build menu then tap the arrow. This will open the full menu. Tap the icon for SH to get the menu for that.

I ended up not doing it, but my original plan when I started Springfield Heights and couldn't spare the space for loads there was to get 1 of each of the 5 buildings and whenever I managed to upgrade one to level 5 I'd replace it with a new level 1. Something like that or even just 1 upgradable building out at a time could work if you want to keep upgrading, but not have a bunch of the buildings out.
