Stonecutter characters offered in the Yearbook Mystery 700 Item Mystery Box-should I get?

Only Number 1 and 51 are characters the rest are skins but can be worth it to break up some of the 4 and 8 hour tasks, the unemployment office tends to send a lot of characters to the same few buildings and having those skins does break that up providing the character isn't part of an event. Even though any skin for the character will do the same thing.
