Not yet. Guess I'm just dumb, but I can't figure out how to contact EA other than that "Answers HQ" it take me to. haha....the only time I thought I'd gotten somewhere was when I saw a question asked about it which I think was posted by you. I reported I had the same problem, but as far as talking to someone, I don't know. Let me know if they contact you or something, because I haven't been able to play for a whole day & I need my fix!
