The fact that people are on the forums shows that they care about the game and are interested in it. I've played a whole lot of other mobile games, there were some I didn't like so I deleted it, but I didn't go to complain on their forums. It's very simple, don't like it, don't play it, no one is forcing you to play it. :mrgreen: - I concur

What happened? It's nice to hear that EA was responsive to a player!! I've heard plenty about them not responding to people...
Well not me it was my Missus. She sped up a sp tile yesterday, it had 7+hrs to go or four donuts to speed up. She sped it up with the four donuts,it did the speed up animation,took the four donuts but no tile. Tile still had 7+hrs to go. We emailed ea and within 2hrs got a reassuring email from them and ten donuts for the issue. We were delighted with the swift realise to the issue and the genuine email we received. So well done ea. I know it was only 4 donuts but the point was ea needed to know as it might happen to someone else and it might cost them more than four donuts.lyle_catcliffe wrote:
Okay the attitude of certain people is uncalled for, but this is a forum- a public platform to voice any concerns and your personal experience whether positive or negative. EA are not perfect and have inconvenienced a lot of players here, some that have put money into the game only to be locked out with zero communication/ support. They actually have an automated response telling you to come here.
Personally, I am largely satisfied with this game and am incredibly patient with content updates and am pleased Squidport takes time and effort for its rewards rather than instant gratification. But I can empathise with those dissatisfied with programming issues that cause players to miss out at times.
I totally agree, but when it's just plain out dissin and then other forum members then get reticuled for stating THERE opinion on the issue, is totally uncalled for. That's my point, but there are certain members who complain about absolutely every single update or content they recieve,but still want to play the game. I also just went into iTunes and put my review there. Good bad or indifferent. I understand a thread on the forum to vent but some users are downright ugly for no reason.

I have recently come across several players on this forum and names I won't mention, who continually bag and bash this game. I understand this forum is for issues to get across and things like that, but why go to the point of saying how bad developers are and how bad the game is. Then why play it? It just makes yourself or whoever is slandering or bagging this game and its developers a hypocrite. It's as simple as this, if you want to chat about anything or issue in the game or how you feel. That is completely fine, but don't make other people's experience on here and in the game crap, because that's how you feel. Play how it is and enjoy this fantastic game or leave it is as simple as that and if you pay to play this game and are continually bagging it, contact ea over your issue, they won't take long to get back to you. If you don't it makes you look even more like a goose. Sorry guys but I needed to vent.
