Tapped out needs an additional download of 1456 MB to play?

I just updated my iphone to the new iOS. I went into Tapped out and got this message? Why?

It can't be a space issue since 39.8 GB of 64 GB is used on my phone. That's 24 GB free I have. So why the heck am I getting this message?

    The upgrade of the operating system could have caused to deletion of the files as it optimized the install or just over wrote them causing you to have to re-download the game files again.
