Tetanus Terminal.. Golf course!
TBH, I'm going to store the Tetanus terminal after the event as I really don't like it. :? It doesn't fit in my town and I want my Monorail to be modern and cool! :D

I think this the TT is one of the best looking buildings that is out now. The golf course is a little small for 100 donuts. Don't see the value.
