Yeah, I've pretty much made my mind up about this. Looks nice and unique (element of Tracy Island to it), but I don't have the land, especially along the coast where it should be- don't feel like redesigning or saving for later. 120 donuts is a lot, I tend to save these for buildings with characters. I have 1225 donuts at the moment, but new content issurely just around the corner and I'd rather be conservative.

I'm with you. Pretty much everything on my beachfront is there for a purpose, so to drop 120 donuts on this AND have to specifically redesign to make room for it is a little bit of a turn off.
