- Looks great but why purchase it? Does it have a purpose besides providing a place for RM to relax?
- I have to have it, it looks soooo good, but I will have to put some other building into storage to fit it in.

Yeah, I've pretty much made my mind up about this. Looks nice and unique (element of Tracy Island to it), but I don't have the land, especially along the coast where it should be- don't feel like redesigning or saving for later. 120 donuts is a lot, I tend to save these for buildings with characters. I have 1225 donuts at the moment, but new content issurely just around the corner and I'd rather be conservative.
I'm with you. Pretty much everything on my beachfront is there for a purpose, so to drop 120 donuts on this AND have to specifically redesign to make room for it is a little bit of a turn off.- It's a great looking building. I have a few days to decide. It's a better donut cost then the gold mansion which was ridiculously over priced.

they're ending the event but keeping event items in the store for a week?- I got it without hesitation. I had a space on my beach already cleared for it and it does look great. I do wish it also had a multiplier, but I wish that for all the things I buy :)
