He probably means, that if you missed a couple rounds you will have no way of knowing who is the winner

Smithers is easily one of the most repulsive characters to me.

This whole "tourmament" makes no sense. Where are the brackets? Where are the previous winners? It looks like someone just keeps editing the poll.
