Thought on the Winter 2016 Store Panel: No Winter ?

the time limit is not there cause it'll go forward into the winter event.
the mall event i mention is a winter event. we'll see. but not today. an event gets the files early (usually at 2-3 pm GMT) and nothing has been added yet today. probably in the next days. i've no hurry for sure. want some calm and it starting so early is ugh. last year didn't it finish like 1/12?
