Most of mine are fellow level 40s, but a number haven't played in the last few days - and I'm deducing they are 'maxed-out players' i.e. done all the latest level quests, friend point prize, don't need any more in-game-$ because there is nothing more to do.

I've still got land and decorations to buy so welcome building up my cash pot still, plus I make a point of having quite a few 'lower level neighbours' too as it is nice to help them (we were all in their situation once)

By design or coincidence, it seems EA are introducing new FP prizes or levels at just the right intervals now to give maxed-out players something to do (e.g. today's anticipated update - just got 'Cool Lisa' today through normal play not donuts)?

Anyway, I'm rambling (sorry, first post :)

So, how long do you guys wait with an inactive neighbour before doing the deed?

I usually give them a week or maybe more, depending if I'm trying to make room for someone else at the time.
