No it costs 100 hearts- Was anyone but me naive enough to hope from the message that we were getting a doghouse for Santas Little Helper? ;-)
- The valentines wheel sucks. It's almost impossible to get the valentines when over half your neighbors don't provide them. And I got stuck with five street lamps.
