The lights part I agree with but the cigarette stand in front of the school is plain funny! Think of it as a supply and demand thing lol :P

I wouldn't worry about keeping up the lights. These were taken jan 16th.

The weird ones to me are those who don't bother with roads or any type of city planning; everything is just crammed all together. They might be feeder towns, but they have premium buildings/decorations. I don't get why they're even playing.
