What changed with Level 50 update and in the Conform-O-Meter?

The new lovejoy kid gets to TP the statue when you buy her for 180 doughnuts

Wiggum now has a new 12 hour stonecutter task, nap at the lodge (same as the others). Was that added with level 50?
