For me it's all about design. I never get bored because there are always new items to design into my town. I am extremely fussy about what goes in and don't care about bonus %, cash payout or xp. I have characters in my inventory, such as Drederick Tatum, simply because I don't like the decoration he comes with. I even have items in my inventory that I do like but I can't fit them into the design yet. I'm not so bothered about the game play as such but will grind events to get items that I want. Basically design above everything.
