When the hell is the level 33 update?

I have 3 friends with completed KL. some have nothing more than the death drop. If the update comes this week, great, if not I'll just keep plugging along. They do need to fix the bugs, I can't visit friends or my own KL from my iPad, only from my iPhone which is very annoying. I still have one friend completely locked out from the KL in SF problem. and there is on and off troubles with the servers responding. No point in giving us an update that everyone can't access.
