When you first started playing TSTO

I started playing right before the Stonecutters event. I remember being very confused, because here I was starting a town, and then here's Number 1 telling me to do all these things I CAN'T do since I didn't have many of the characters yet. I also didn't understand how event currency worked. I feel I would have enjoyed the event a lot more if I had started even a month earlier. It's still my favourite event though. I got as far as the Disco Stu skin, so that's not too bad.
