Where is Eve?

I looked at the Simpsons Tapped Out Wiki about Eve. It says that when I buy Garden of Eden with donuts in Taps Pt. 5, it should unlock Eve, but it didn't. Was it a lie, or did Eve not return? If you know how to unlock Eve, please give me instructions.
