So I’m kinda bummed over these latest prizes.
1. The carousel could be a great addition to the Squid port, replacing the one i have there now which I’ve just realized is Christmas-themed. HOWEVER, is anyone going to ride it? I liked assigning Homer and the kids to the Christmas Carousel. Here’s before and after pics: the crowds have already dissipated. Booo…
2. The Marina sign is a whole new land-to-pier bridge? Ugh! The problem with this style is the size of its invisible footprint. So we cannot place fence ON the piece, nor can we decorate around it, forcing mandatory dead spots on the beach. I wanted to place the sign on my Marina pier driveway, but this is impossible. To use it as intended would ruin my original design. Here’s the before and after:
This just isn’t an improvement:
I’m sad that i will likely store this until i find a new use for it. So bummed.
