Why don't we get access to all past Christmas building skins?

Well they left out certain items at Halloween, like Maude and Booberella, along with more that I am probably not thinking of. So they may not release everything.

I don't get why anyone would complain about them releasing too much old content. As long as there's a lot of new content too, who cares? That's just petty. I'm still disappointed I couldn't get Suzanne the Witch. :(

Yeah I'm sort of disappointed that Frink's Lab Christmas lights aren't available. I knew I should have bought them last year because I would eventually get his lab at a later date.

Supply and demand! Obviously anything they don't release gains popularity among those like yourself who don't have it. Heck you may grow to want it so bad you'll pay mad donuts for it next year!

Most things are released again. But clearly this year they didn't want to be a clone of previous years, so old decos are not being featured this time around.

Well additional old skins weren't added with the start of act 2 so I'm assuming they aren't coming. Hopefully the assumptions that developers want to build demand are true and more skins will be released next year... I really want everything decked out for the holiday!
I get why they may not want to over clutter the storefront but they could always do a new items and a returning items separation to keep it more organized... or not. Goodness knows my misc section of my inventory is cluttered enough and I can still find things, why not a huge catalog of items for Christmas?

I was kind of hoping we'd get a couple other characters in on the decorating parade like we got Milhouse, Lovejoy, & Cletus. Like those little tasks and then new decorations? I thought that was a fun storyline, with Homer and Ned deco-arguing.

I'm not crazy about the new Simpson House decorations. It's very difficult to find presents around all of that. Having the old one comes in handy because I wouldn't like not having this building undecorated.
