Why the hell is Jimbo and Skinner STILL not in this game?

He's the real skinner.

Only new characters that are voiced--
We have too many muted or grunting characters as is.

They really need Lionel hutz and Troy McClure. It wouldn't be that hard to use an audio file of Phil hartman's voice would it? Lionel has tons of good story lines.

It wouldn't be hard, but EA doesn't have the rights to the voice. If they did, there wouldn't be any mute characters like Milhouse, Miss Krabapple, etc. Only the main cast members are under contract to provide voice work, which is why all the Simpsons are voiced, and many of the other popular characters since those voice actors are included.
