Wiggum House Missing form building list !!!!!????

I think you got caught on a glitch. The level 26 update was made available to certain people including you and the game locked the said users out.

So my assumption is that while you gained access to your town, the game still recognizes the glitch but the update has been removed.

I hope you understand what I'm trying to say here. :?
