They have made some small references to older episodes before. Like when we had Homer task "Eat the Guatemalan Insanity Pepper" which was definitely a classic episode!! I wish the task for that was actually visual, but it would have been hard to do it justice. The reference alone made me smile and laugh, and brought back so many memories!! We never have had a "Eat the Guatemalan Insanity Pepper" task from Homer or anyone else. But maybe if we ever get a Chili Cook Off event, we will. Along with other content from that episode
